Bart
Goodeve concentrates on closely-held entities, related party
transactions, individual asset protection and family wealth transfers.
He is a fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute, where he also
served as a teaching fellow, a member of the National Society of
Accountants and the National Council for Taxpayer Advocacy. He is a
past member of the Tax Administration and Small Business Sub-committees
of the Tax Policy Center of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. In 1990 he
was named "Tax Educator of the Year" by the National Association of
Enrolled Agents Education Foundation.
